The apartment would be suitable for one person or a couple. The place is located on the lovely Lauttasaari, which is a safe, family-friendly place that has beautiful nature walks along the water. It only takes a few minutes to walk to Lauttis shopping center (grocery store, postal pickup, pharmacy) and metro station and healthcare center and library which makes this location great. The metro has regular rides (every three/four minutes) and the metro ride takes about 4 minutes to Kamppi / 6 minutes to the central railway station. The building has a washing machine, a drier, and a sauna that you can book through an online booking system.
