This villa sits just above Puglia’s coast, with a view out over the sea from the suntrap of a rooftop terrace, lounger-strewn lawn and from the cooling water of the private pool. What’s more, steps lead directly from the garden to a swim platform on the Ionian Sea and there’s beach club next door – just remember it’s a steep way down, so it’s steep back up again. It’s fairly minimalist inside, keeping things breezy and cool (just what you want in the Puglian heat). The kitchen is on the rustic side. Bedrooms are simple and comfortable, and they all face the sea. *This villa has direct access to the sea, but it is down a long set of stairs.
